Casandra Zappala is the Broker/owner and Founder of Casandra Properties, Inc.
Casandra was born and raised on Staten Island. Since obtaining her real estate license in 1979, Casandra’s sales include residential and commercial properties, multiple dwellings, shopping plazas, industrial, vacant land and more. in addition, she has procured many sites for various franchises.
Her office began as a one woman show; a woman who focused on her goals, goals many never thought she would achieve, as it was a time when it was very uncommon and almost unheard of for women to branch into commercial real estate. Casandra was one of the first female brokers specializing in Staten Island Commercial Properties. Casandra laid the groundwork to turn her then boutique firm into Staten Island’s leading real estate agency representing some of the largest development projects in the borough’s history. One can say “a small start with huge results”.
